Berkshire Biltong

Berkshire Biltong We' started making Biltong about 3 years ago. It was in a cardboard box in my airing cupboard. Since then we've upgraded the cardboard box.

Not for us bulk packed flavourings stuffed with fake flavours. Not for us generically named, uncared for slabs of dry meat. No, we are making Biltong. Our own recipe, finest 21 day matured beef, flavoured with tons of coriander, pepper, paprika, chillies and garlic.
