We've been super busy putting in a new market garden to grow more delicious local organic produce 🥦🥒🍅🥔🧅

Snow pea trellis just put in yesterday to support the baby snow peas already coming up 🌱🌱🌱

And the longer term perennial crop of asparagus, sourced from Bega Valley Seed Savers, is also coming up beautifully 🌱🙏

More delicious local preserves from Wild Heather Preserves. Heather's preserves have been so popular with our produce box subscribers we can't keep up with demand!

This batch includes:

🥒 Zucchini Piccalilli - think Grandma's zucchini relish but better!
🌶️ Green Chilli Jam - sweet to start, then it brings the heat. This one is definitely one for the chilli lovers.
🧅 Caramelised Onion - great for veg or beef burgers and pizza.
🍎 Apple Pie Jam - have with yogurt, scones or just on toast!

Handmade in small batches using organic produce. Get them before they're gone!

I love hanging out in the garlic - it's such magic!!

Locally made with tomatoes 🍅 from our Stony Creek farm!

They taste amazing so grab some now or we might just eat them all!

Wild Heather is the work of Heather, a local mum from the north of the Bega Valley with a lifelong passion for filling jars with flavour. Her small batch preserves are made from locally sourced fresh produce where possible – reducing food miles, cutting food waste & celebrating the abundance of the region. A regular award winner at local shows, Heather brings both skill & love to every batch. 🫙✨

Even better, the tomatoes in these batches are from our Bega Valley Organics farm in Stony Creek 🍅 & the plums and mulberries all come from Heather’s farm in Dignams Creek!
