Romesco Olives Romesco is an innovative company run by a bunch of food lovers. We specialise in marinating kalamat which are sent to us brined and ready for processing.

We specialise in marinating kalamata and green olives in different recipes with our tangy marinade and extra virgin olive oil, 26 of them in fact! Firm favourites are the Tangy Kalamata, smokey Campfire, herby Greek Moussaka, lemony Tajine and our wonderful stuffed olives with feta, garlic, almond, and lemon. We also make the amazing Catalonia pepper sauce called Romesco that gave its name to the

company. The famous plump kalamata olives are grown in the Cedarberg Valley, Western Cape, South Africa, (We only ever use kalamata; we adore the bitter chocolatey taste,finest table olive in the world.) All the manufacturing takes place here in the cool Midlands where we have a a shop filled with the different olives, pesto's, tapenades, chutneys, and sauces. Come and see for yourselves!
