terms and qualification I am a Food technologist with a qualification in marketing. I have left behind my corporate career to follow my passion. My love for Food and all things sweet stems from my Dad's family gene pool. My Dad's family has the strongest "sweet tooth" gene amongst mankind. Thus baking on a weekly basis from a young age was an inherited habit. Creativity on the other hand is a natural talent ingrained and stemming from my Mum side of the family. With these traits who can go wrong in this industry. :)
The natural order of life has brought me full circle to the fact that I am passionate about my hobby and that's it is time to take this awakening further....
