Make sure to put your Earth & Ice purchase in the freezer immediately to ensure the product stays frozen, keeping its quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We suggest adding 200mls water, however it really is up to you 👇

🥣 To make a smoothie bowl add less water and more ice
🍦 For a richer flavour add milk or nut milks instead of water
🍏 The fruity flavours can have fruit juice added instead
💦 Add 50 mls at a time and see how much liquid your blender needs in order to blend the smoothie sufficiently … The less liquid, the richer the smoothie ⚡️
