If you've been part of the Jackson's family for any length of time, chances are you've met the incredible Gladness Zulu — better known to all of us as Ma Zulu. 🌟

For an amazing 26 years, Ma Zulu has been part of Jackson's, serving our community from day one. She is more than our Shop Supervisor — she is the heart of our team, the mother figure who keeps everyone in line, keeps us on our toes, and fills our workplace with love, wisdom, and laughter. 😊

When asked what she loves most about working at Jackson's, her answer was simple:

💛 "I feel I'm part of a family."

Today we celebrate the man who started it all.

Back in January 2000, Craig took a leap of faith and opened Jackson’s Convenience Centre, bringing with him the values he learned from his farming roots — hard work, honesty, perseverance, and a genuine commitment to serving people.

For the past 26 years, Craig has poured his heart into building more than just a convenience centre. He has created a place where customers are greeted with a smile, where community matters, and where countless travellers, families, and locals have stopped along the way.

His dedication, vision, and unwavering work ethic have shaped Jackson’s into what it is today, and his legacy continues through the team and community he has built around him.

As Craig celebrates this special milestone, we would like to thank him for the years of service, leadership, and friendship he has given to so many.

Meet the woman who keeps the wheels turning at Jackson’s… 💛
🌟 Samantha Blaylock – General Manager
(or as she puts it… “Boss when the boss is away” 😂)

Sam has been part of the Jackson’s family for an incredible 16 YEARS! 🎉 That’s 16 years of coffee, customers, chaos, laughs, and keeping everything running smoothly.

☕ Her go-to order? A Vanilla Latte
🍟 One thing she could eat forever? Hot chips
⏰ Early bird or last-minute rush? “Both!” 😂

What does she love most about working at Jackson’s?
“You never know what day it’s going to be, and you get to see people you’d probably only run into at work.”

And what do customers do that always makes her smile?
“Telling me how to run this place.” 😅👏

💛 Sam’s advice for anyone having a tough day:
“Find the positive in this day.”

She’d be the friend who always checks if you’ve eaten, reminds you to drive safely, hands you a coffee for the road… and somehow still knows your usual order before you say a word. 😂❤️

Part early-morning motivator. Part community cheerleader. Part fuel-stop superhero. Part “don’t worry, we’ve got it sorted.” 🙌

She’s always on the move — filling tanks, serving smiles, helping busy families, fueling road trips, grabbing snacks for the kids, checking tyres, and making those long days just a little easier. 🚗☕🍔
