Today we share this with full hearts, we have made the decision to hand over the baton of our beloved butchery. It is the closing of a deeply meaningful chapter in our lives.

This butchery has been part of our family, our rhythm, and our story. It has given us far more than a livelihood. It has given us friendships, laughter, loyalty, and the privilege of serving a community we care deeply about. We have met the most wonderful people along the way, and many of you have become far more than customers to us. You have become friends.

We are grateful to hand the butchery over to Friedel Steinbach, a seasoned butcher from Gauteng, who is ready to take on the challenge of leading it into its next chapter. We believe he brings the experience, skill, and commitment needed to build on what has been created here.

To our staff, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have been our rock. Through busy days, tough days, and good days, you stood with us. Your loyalty and dedication have meant the world to us.
