Hamper Business is all about proper planning and having contingency plans in place.
As a Service Provider, every year, you need to improve and grow in wisdom. Each year, you need to start a fresh, analyzing what happened in the previous year, look at your gaps and build a bridge to close the gap.
Reviews from your clients adds so much value to your personal growth.
I usually ask my client, where there anything you were unhappy about. What's the point of just hearing positive remarks, we'll I must say, it's great to hear positive comments. But it's in the negative remarks, where you improve and not allowing it to reoccur in the new year.
Throughout the year, I've learned, we don't have control over the Market and the economy.
Prices can easily increased, many times decreases, that's all God and packages sizes decreases. We have control over our relationships with our clients.
It's important to communicate in advance, if there is a change in any of the products. Don't surprise your clients upon receiving there Hamper goodies. Make them aware in advance, that adds being a happy client.
Last year, Snacktime 1kg decreased to 600g. I felt that I wanted to give 1kg, I added a 400g Salticracks. It cost me more, it was double what I estimated.
My goal always is to keep my clients happy. Adding that extra had an effect on my budget but it added to my clients happiness.
Client Satisfaction is the key to a successful business...
