Building a brand is never just about the product. It’s about the vision, the courage to keep going, and the woman willing to do all the behind-the-scenes work to make that vision real.

Part 5 | The Dehydration Process

This is where time does the work.

Once the mandarins are carefully arranged, they spend around 15 hours in the dehydrator at a controlled temperature. Slow dehydration removes the moisture while preserving the fruit’s natural colour, aroma and flavour.

No shortcuts.
No artificial ingredients.
Just patience and real fruit.

Every slice matters.
