Start your winter warmth with our premium meaty bones, available from R29,99 per kilogram. 🥩

Simple Meaty Bone Stew👩🏻‍🍳

🛒 Ingredients:
• 1 kg meaty beef bones (e.g. shin or neck bones)
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 medium carrots, peeled & chopped
• 2 potatoes, peeled & cubed
• 1 tomato, chopped (or 1 tbsp tomato paste)
• 1 beef stock cube (or 2 cups beef stock)
• 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon thyme or mixed herbs
• 4 cups water (or enough to cover)
