Shara Trierweiler, the founder ran us through the processes and it was a marvel with the science experiments and seeing it all come alive. We discovered one of the key ingredients for the raw material to enable the ‘culture’ process in mushroom farming was Millet. Millet, a product we grow and supply to the market.*Light bulb*! moment it was, the opportunities and possibilities with our crops are endless.
Agape Organic Farms’s process call for extra effort, yes, but seeing the fruits of this labor makes it all worthwhile. Shara Trierweiler mentored us that it is not enough to have the passion, but that one must establish the process on how that passion will come alive. Showing us how it is done, she has diligently deployed systems and brought her family on-board with the business.
