1. Red Velvet Cake (Top )
Ingredients (per layer, 8-inch round):
1 ¼ cups (160 g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup (120 ml) vegetable oil
½ cup (120 ml) buttermilk
1 large egg
1 tbsp red food coloring
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp white vinegar
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour your pan.
2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, whisk oil, buttermilk, egg, vanilla, vinegar, and red food coloring.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour into pan and bake 25–30 minutes. Test with a toothpick. Cool completely.

2. Vanilla or Yellow Cake (Second Layer)
Ingredients (per layer, 8-inch round):
1 ¾ cups (220 g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup (170 g) unsalted butter, softened
1 ¼ cups (250 g) granulated sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup (180 ml) milk
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour pan.
2. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
4. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, starting and ending with flour.
5. Pour into pan and bake 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.

3. Strawberry Cake (Third Layer)
Ingredients (per layer, 8-inch round):
1 ½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (200 g) sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (120 ml) milk
½ cup (120 g) strawberry puree
Optional: 1–2 drops pink/red food coloring for more vibrant color
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour pan.
2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time and vanilla.
4. Mix in milk and strawberry puree. Add food coloring if desired.
5. Fold in dry ingredients until smooth. Bake 25–30 minutes. Cool
