*RE: REQUEST FOR APPOINTMENT OF A COMMISSION OF INQUIRY*

We, citizens who hold dear the peace, unity and future of our country, respectfully petition you to establish a Commission of Inquiry into matters affecting the integrity of our elections and the unity of our nation.

Zambia has enjoyed relative peace, but recent election cycles have revealed worrying trends of regional voting, violence, and division that threaten to undermine this peace. In the spirit of _One Zambia, One Nation_, we seek facts, truth, and a way forward.

We therefore propose that the Commission investigates and makes recommendations on the following:

*1. Regional Voting Patterns*
Establish the historical and current facts behind voting patterns that appear to divide the country along regional lines.
Is this caused by unequal public service delivery to certain regions, by political party campaign strategies, or by the targeting of voters on the basis of tribe or church? What impact does this have on the safety and inclusion of certain communities after elections?

*2. Tribal Relations and National Unity*
Establish the depth and origins of tribal animosity in our country.
What is the history of this hate? What are the possible ways of fostering genuine unity, so that citizens can live together effectively instead of practicing nepotism, tribal disrespect, and pretence towards one another?

*3. Election-Related Violence*
Establish the facts on violence before, during, and after elections.
What are the root causes? Is it failure by candidates to debate ideas, the use of toxic politics to "sell" ideas, or thuggish behavio

no more bitter taste of water we shall drink from running taps that will never be dry for we shall see the glory of God.

KOKELA TO CONTINUE WORKING WITH CHURCHES

Independent candidate for kalumbila council chairperson Moses kokela as promised to continue with church visitation and support because that is his area of calling.

Speaking at kisasa evangelical church event organized together with kisasa baptist church to raise money for the album launch kokela said he remembers how he was stopped by some leaders reported him to police that he needed a police permit to visit kisasa ecz in 2025 November.
When I was coming here in 2025 council chairperson then working together with mp then reported me to police that I shouldn't be allowed to enter the church today am seeing them going round churches without permits they are in serious panicking mode such that they have become worshippers overnight.

As for us our calling is the serving people and serving God method we can't run away from the God at no time that can happen I was baptized in 1998 at katoka ecz in Mutanda a church so dear to my heart that's why I made sure my first allowance as counclllor went to connect that church to power and it's connected.
Now I don't need to simply visit church because I need votes no am here because I belong to this kingdom of love .
Kokela also encouraged the church to continue to preach the gospel of God even to our traditional leaders his royal highness senior chief musele is our member chief mumena our member,munjimazuvo our member,ingwe etc let's visit them keep working close with them they need prayers and songs that makes there souls happy.
So as you produce the album first take to his royal highness before making it available for business.
Kokela also said he is contesting as council chairperson not to go and play around or sleep no we want to come and work seriously for our communities.
People are suffering the church included as if they are not in a Rich district.
Things haven't been well for our people here even you churches your offering and tithes are small not because you have no people

*KOKELA MAINTAINS INTRODUCTION OF TRADITIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND*

1 AUGUST 2026.
Aspiring independent candidate for kalumbila council chairperson Moses kokela as mantained that council have mandate to pass a by law that will help it work effectively with traditional leaders through introducing the traditional development fund ( TDF).

Our tradition needs serious support not just by us coming to dance drink no we need to commercialize our traditional ceremonies in line with modern economical zones and growth.
We need to establish a funding within local government act so we effectively run together well as institutions that foaster development.

Especially here in kalumbila once elected as council chairperson we shall propose together with our mps and counclllors that our chiefs are funded just as there is ward development fund we too need traditional development fund t support chiefs administer sustainable development effectively.
The traditional ceremony sites should not only be a one off place no it must
Function 24/7 with various activities of tradition heritage and historical figures in that respective chiefs.
Even now if our school children had to to come and ask for makobele,mandondo they must find it within our ceremony sites.
That we look forward to come and support .
Our chiefs are doing so well in reminding us annually but we should be quick to learn and do something quickly.

Am now shocked that even those who never used to fellowship are visiting churches such is the glory of God Christ is the solid rock not even *witchcraft* can be make someone think they are more powerful.
They have now left witch doctors rushing to churches tell them they have done well but repentance should be preached to them .
Can you imagine now they are telling boys to look at my clothes thinking am bathing charm's kkkkk am in the blood of Jesus Christ they will be try like peter tried all night no fish even them they will try until they meet Christ.
Evil can be seen in there eyes and hearts they are greediness drunkardnes hypocritical.

you are the foundation of the local government as a church according to *15 AD* kokela said during a fellowship at ARTICOLE CCC Church at manyama.
Kokela who is contesting as independent candidate for kalumbila council chairperson as continued to remind the church to claim leadership of the local government without fail saying leaving it to a drunkard, selfish and hatefulness greediness womanizing souls is not something to be proud of as Christians.

The church was the first council elders where councilors and teachers of the law not just picking anyone just because they are party of your tribe or family no the council chairperson or mayor should be someone with society character that promotes others and thinks about the need in the community not stealing land from poor people get money and think you can be blessed may the lord rebuke such leadership to hell .

Anyone who as troubled you children of God or even part of your families pray they be rebuked .
As a church I ask you to watch and pray.
Christ didn't leave leadership to gentiles or fools in Galatians stand up
