🧭 1. Manager – Halup Loans
Position Summary: The Manager will lead the strategic and operational direction of Halup Loans, ensuring efficient lending practices, regulatory compliance, and team performance. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with a strong background in financial services and a commitment to community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and loan portfolio performance
Develop and enforce lending policies and risk management frameworks
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
Drive growth through innovative lending strategies and client engagement
Prepare financial and operational reports for senior leadership
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in lending or financial services, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Proven experience in credit analysis and portfolio management.
💼 2. Loan Officer – Halup Loans (2 Positions)
Position Summary: Loan Officers will be the frontline ambassadors of Halup Loans, responsible for assessing loan applications, advising clients, and ensuring timely repayments. This role suits individuals who are client-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about financial empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate loan applications and conduct credit assessments
Interview clients and verify financial documentation
Recommend loan terms and prepare contracts
Monitor repayments and follow up on overdue accounts
Provide financial guidance and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in lending, banking, or customer service
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
