Job Opportunity: Shop Manager – Louisville Meats & Grill
Location: Westlea; Corner Kirkman and Tynwald Roads.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and motivate a team of 8 staff, including butchery personnel and cooks, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
• Oversee stock management, product display, hygiene standards, and customer service in both the butchery and grill sections.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely replenishment of stock, including fresh produce and consumables.
• Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records to minimize losses and ensure availability.
• Monitor stock levels and consumables to guarantee consistent availability and avoid service disruptions.
• Minimize operational losses through effective inventory control, waste reduction, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are regularly maintained and in optimal working condition to support uninterrupted service delivery.
• Manage daily sales records, petty cash, and books of accounts.
• Drive marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement strategies to grow foot traffic and sales.
• Grow institutional clients base by preparing and submitting tender documents in response to requests for tenders and quotations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations. Submit regular operational reports to management.
• Develop and maintain a well-balanced, cost-effective menu aligned with customer preferences and seasonal availability.
• Ensure consistency in the preparation and presentation of dishes by enforcing quality standards.
