عندما تشتري التمر لا ترمي النّوى ( العلف تاع التمر) ، اجمعهم و حطهم يغليو في الماء و الملح مليح مليح، و بعد خرجهم حطهم ديراكت في الشمس بش ينشفو مالماء .. خليهم في الشمس هكذا وحد نص ساعة مبعد ارحيهم و اطحنهم مليح حتى يولو دقيق ،و من بعد حط شويا زيت لوز ولا زيت زيتون ميهمش و لي يحب يزيد معاهم شويا ماء زهر (موش بالضرورة) و من بعد حطهم في قرعة نتاع ماء اقفلها مليح و حطها في الثلاجة لمدة بين ساعة و نص وإلا ساعتين ..
