وسيضفي المركز التجاري العالمي أبوظبي الذي تم تصميمه من قبل شركة الهندسة المعمارية الشهيرة عالمياً، "فوستر آند بارتنرز"، المزيد من القيمة لقطاع الأعمال والإفادة لسكان أبوظبي وزوار دولة الإمارات في الوقت ذاته، وذلك بفضل كل من موقعه الحيوي في قلب المدينة، ومرافقه وملحقاته العصرية والحديثة.
ويتألف المركز التجاري العالمي أبوظبي من برج للمكاتب (World Trade Center Offices) وبرج سكني (World Trade Center Residences)، بالإضافة إلى مركز للتسوّق (World Trade Center Mall) وسوق مركزي (World Trade Center Souk) وفندق سيحمل علامة كورتيارد ماريوت. ويمتاز المركز التجاري العالمي أبوظبي بموقعه المميز، ضمن منطقة السوق المركزي القديم، وهي سوق تاريخية مؤلفة من طابق واحد تبلغ مساحته 12 هكتار، كانت تُعدّ بمثابة محور الأعمال والتجارة في المدينة.
