ZAATAR is the star of our MOUNEH concept!

If you haven’t still tasted our Zaatar, the spice mix might just change your life. It has a perfect combination of flavors—zesty, earthy, bright—that you eat with EVERYTHING and is soooo different than the commercially bought one! It is pure as all our products.

Zaatar is said to be good for the brain. When we were kids, our parents would always prepare breakfast that included zaatar especially on exam days.

It can be used in various ways:
1. Rubbed on grilled and roasted meats and vegetables.
2. Sprinkled on salads, protein, sandwiches, soups, veggies,…
3. Mixed with Emm Daniel extra virgin olive oil and used as a spread on bread.

SIMPLE INGREDIENTS. CLEAN LABELS. GOOD FOOD.

Our recipe today is easy, yummy, healthy and versatile! Prepared by 💕 straight from 🇪🇸 as all uni students, Liana is always looking for easy recipes 😋

Ingredients:
1. Tuna 1 can (can be replaced with your choice of protein - salmon, chicken, minced beef or beans)
2. Cheese 1 cup
3. Egg
4. Your favorite spices
5. Ginger and turmeric (grate fresh ginger & turmeric) - as I do to ALL my recipes 😜

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Shape into circles
3. Air fry, cook them in the oven or on the stove
4. Serve with any of Emm Daniel’s savory dips: garlic, vegan mayo, olive paste, spinach dip, pesto, salsa, chutneys, sauerkraut or spicy peanut butter

If you have been following me for a while you probably know that Emm Daniel means the mother of Daniel. I am the mother of Daniel and I do everything by hand! However, recently we launched MOUNEH concept that is associated with trusted sources with the objective of giving back to society by supporting other small businesses ♥️

MOUNEH is an Arabic word that means provisions. It usually includes preserved foods, dry foods, spices and oils...etc as well as items that are prepared ready for later use.

Our range is increasing with the support and high demand from all of you 🙏🏼SUMAC has the tang of fresh-squeezed lemon juice with a hint of sweetness and can be sprinkled on EVERYTHING! Cheese, labneh, hummus, salads, chicken, fish, meat, salads, veggies, marinades,… you name it.
