'The Fish Factory' is a South Australian family owned business which has grown over the last three and a half decades to be a leader in retail, processing, fishing and exporting employing staff in Adelaide and regional/coastal South Australia. th Australia's leading seafood retailer for several reasons. Beginning from its roots in fishing and processing, this allows the more than 3 decade old company to market and sell its premium products at the most competitive prices.

'The Fish Factory' considers the sustainability and clean, green approach to harvesting its wild catch products, of paramount importance. The family business has led several trials and has invested heavily in experimenting and trialling different methods of harvesting wild caught, local seafood. The goal of these experiments and trials are to eliminate interactions with threatened species and non-target species which so far, has been very successful. The Fish Factory works in close accordance with SARDI and AFMA in managing our fisheries. As experts in the industry, The Fish Factory is a firm believer that South Australia's waters are home to some of the best, most sustainable and delicious seafood in the world.
