We are so excited to welcome Mandy Hall to the Market this Friday 15 May for a night of FREE chef cooking demonstrations!

Watch as our chefs celebrate local flavour, seasonal produce and present showstopping dishes.

We can’t wait to see Billie Justice Thomson, Rose Adam (The Middle Store, MasterChef), and Andre Ursini (ORSO, Willmott’s Gastronomia, Lost Phoenix Farm, Villetta Porcini, MasterChef) whip up delicious recipes giving you all the insider tips and tricks along the way.
