Fettuccine carbonara for dinner? So easy to prepare and so delicious! Sauté 250g of nitrite free bacon with 4 cloves of crushed garlic in a little extra virgin olive oil. When it’s almost crispy add 1/4 cup of white w**e, let it bubble for a few minutes then put aside. To a large mixing bowl add 2 free range eggs, 3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, a handful of chopped parsley and lots and lots of cracked black paper, whisk with a fork. Cook your pasta! Around 85gm per person is a good amount. When this is cooked add it to the bowl with the eggs and toss, then add the bacon, oil and all and toss again. Eat and Enjoy!
