If you’re feeling like something a bit different, have a look at the metwurst or the guanciale. Not your standard supermarket stuff, and not something you’ll come across anywhere else in Armidale.

Scott’s on prep today, and this is exactly how we do it in-house.

Butterflied lamb, opened up and seasoned properly.
Garlic, rosemary, oregano, lemon juice, salt… No fillers, no mystery ingredients, nothing you wouldn’t use at home.
Just good lamb, done right and ready for the barbie.

Our Lamb Mignon starts with a succulent lamb rump, wrapped in smoky bacon, topped with slow-caramelised onion and finished with parmesan. It’s rich without being heavy, and feels fancy without the effort!

Why not try our butterflied greek lamb for your next get together?

Seasoned and prepared in-store by Scotty himself, all you’ve got to do is char it up on the barbie!

Slice it, throw it in the middle and let everyone fend for themselves.

Serve with some flatbread and tzatziki if you’re organised, or just eat it straight off the board with a Greek salad on the side.
