Bonfire Bread began with a simple idea.

To go back to basics.

After decades in the baking industry, founder Andrew Austin returned to the craft with a renewed passion for organic baking, traditional methods and creating bread the way it should be made - slowly, honestly and with integrity.

What started as one baker’s mission quickly became a family business, with sons Jarrod and Daniel joining to help carry the vision forward.

Today, every loaf that comes out of the ovens at Bonfire Bread still reflects that same philosophy:
quality ingredients, skilled hands and time-honoured techniques.
