We're at the Grampians BBQ Festival in Halls Gap this Father's Day weekend, and it's the first outing for our new food van.

We'll be serving our award-winning smoked gourmet sausages in rolls or on platters if you're feeding a few.

We've been building up to this one for months, so it's a big weekend for us. Come along and try them out.

We're at the Grampians BBQ Festival in Halls Gap this weekend – Saturday and Sunday, Father's Day weekend. Two days, and it's the first festival for our food van.

Coming out of the smoker this morning: smoky beef, maple bacon and cheese, and chicken cheese jalapeno. Made last night, left to set, then smoked bright and early.

Jesse's also up on stage doing a sausage demo, so come and watch that too.

Bring the dads down. There'll be food vans everywhere and just about everything you can think of smoked.
