Late week market find.

Brushed Sabago White Star Spuds out of Thorpdale/Erica region of Gippsland.

We only have 100 bags so once there gone that’s all she wrote.

Amazing value and great quality to top the week off nicely.

Another great run to the market for some of springs best offerings 😊

Our shelves have had a good top up too, with plenty of our specialty Italian range on offer. Pasta, sauces, olive oils, vinegars, antipasto, olives and plenty more.

If you haven’t tried the pasta you really need to do yourself a favour and give it a go, it’s simply amazing.

There’s a fresh feel in the air so come in, say hello and enjoy what we have to offer.

🌱 Spring has sprung! ☀️

The days are getting a little longer, the BBQ is starting to look tempting again, and we’re slowly swapping some of those winter meals for something a bit lighter.

This week’s specials fit the change of season nicely and we’re lucky enough to have amazing local options on hand.

Brown onions are always handy when the BBQ gets fired up, and our Lindenow salad mix makes throwing together a fresh salad pretty easy.

Lindenow broccolini is another favourite as the weather warms up, great on the BBQ or roasted and tossed through a salad.

Packham pears are delicious at the moment, so we had to include them too.

🌱 With spring just around the corner, we’ve gone with a few simple favourites for this week’s specials.

Fresh green beans and broccoli are two of those veggies that don’t need much done to them, a quick steam, roast or toss through a stir-fry and dinner is done.

There’s still room for a winter favourite though, with J*p pumpkin hanging around for those cooler nights or roast it in cubes and toss through a salad.

For something sweet, the Satsumas are still well worth grabbing while they’re around, they are funny looking but easy to peel and bursting with juice🍊

A few good ones on special this week!

The Navel oranges have been really full of flavour so we have grabbed a bin🍊

The Cauliflowers are looking great too, at this time of year they’re hard to go past roasted with dinner or made into a good cauliflower cheese.

We’ve also got zucchini and the standout favourite local Gippy Gold Potatoes.

The Gippy Golds are such a great all-round potato, locally grown and are always a top seller.

One thing we’re really proud of is our Large Hass Avocados, they are a real crowd pleaser!!!

We carefully select avocados from the market at different stages of ripeness, bring them home and hand-ripen them in store so they’re beautifully creamy and ready when you need them.
