☕ **We're hiring — Café All-Rounder** ☕
The Wooden Spoon is a small healthy café in Balcatta, right next door to TandEm CrossFit. Good coffee, fresh food, lots of batch cooking, and a tight little team who look after each other.
We're after someone to join us for around 30 to 35 hours across 4 days. ⏰ Early starts, early finishes — you'll be home with your afternoon still ahead of you.
**What we need from you:**
☕ Barista experience — this isn't a learn-on-the-job role
⚡ Fast, consistent coffee without dropping the quality
🔪 Happy to get stuck into food prep — batch cooking, chopping, portioning, it's a big part of the job
🌀 Able to multitask and keep your head through a busy rush
🧼 Clean as you go, high standards front and back
📦 Muck in with stock, deliveries and the general jobs nobody loves
😊 Warm with our regulars — they're the heart of this place
🔁 Reliable. We're small and we rely on each other, so if you're rostered, we need you here.
