Did you know Gorgonzola is the Italian version of blue cheese and it comes in two very different styles?

🧀 Gorgonzola Dolce — soft, creamy and mild, with a gentle blue flavour and silky texture, perfect for spreading on crusty bread, melting through a pasta sauce or using it as a pizza topping 👌

🧀 Gorgonzola Piccante — more aged therefore firmer, stronger and more intense. It has a bolder blue bite and a beautifully savoury, lingering flavour for those who like their cheese with a little attitude. Perfect in a nice rocket, pear and walnut salad or best used in cheese boards paired with honey, onion jam or quince paste with a nice glass of bold red wine 🍷
