🍅 TOMATO, GARLIC & PARSLEY MUSSELS

A simple, flavour-packed seafood meal made for dipping and sharing! 🥖

All you need:

🦪 Fresh mussels
🍅 Durras Lakes Pasta Sauce
🧅 Finely diced onion
🧄 Crushed garlic
🌿 Chopped continental parsley
🍋 Fresh lemon
🥖 Crusty bread
🫒 Extra virgin olive oil

Gently cook the onion and garlic in a splash of olive oil. Add the pasta sauce and bring to a simmer. Add the cleaned mussels, cover and cook for 5–7 minutes until they open.

Finish with parsley and a generous squeeze of lemon, then serve with warm crusty bread for soaking up that delicious sauce! Discard any mussels that remain closed after cooking.
