Spring’s landed at Hillview 🌱

Fresh off the rotary hoe — this paddock’s just been turned over and it already feels like a clean slate.

First tomato seedlings are up and ready for their new home in the ground.

It’s easy to forget how much work goes in months before a box of fresh, chemical-free produce lands on your doorstep. So here’s the start of it — the soil, the seedlings, and the people getting it right so summer’s veggies are the best around.
