Cauliflower Broccoli Cheese Bake Recipe. Unlock the incredible flavors of one large head broccoli, half a cauliflower, one cup shredded mozzarella cheese, and one 300ml jar of thickened cream. Season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor profile. Method: Chop the cauliflower and broccoli into a baking dish, add the cream, and cover with cheese. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for twenty minutes. Test the vegetables with a skewer to ensure they are tender. This dish is an excellent option for advance preparation to accompany meals on short notice. It is low in carbohydrates and suitable for ketogenic diets. Additionally, it makes for a satisfying lunch on its own.

Low carb rocky road

Ingredients.

I box atkins milk chocolate bars
8-10 walnuts crushed
6-8 peanuts/almonds/ cashews (optional)
One bag of sugar free gummies.
One bag of sugar free marshmallows.

Method.

Simply add crushed nuts, lollies chopped in half, and marshmallows on a baking tray (small). Lined with grease proof paper. In a small microwave safe bowl, chop the atkins chic bars up in to smaller pieces and microwave for one minute. Give a stir and adjust timing if needed. Simply pour over the ingredients. And pop in fridge to set.
Cut in to square serving sizes. And you have yourself a really tasty snack.

I use the double ā€œDā€ sugar free fruit gums and marshmallows. They work really great and are super tasty.

Atkins bars melt down superbly and never let me down. But feel free to experiment with others too.
