🍞 Bread is back at the Berry Farmers Market!!! 🍞

🤩📢 We're delighted to announce that Young Macdonald's Farm has teamed up with Mrs Bread Organic Sourdough to bring authentic organic sourdough back to the Berry Farmers Market!

🌄 Based in the heart of Kangaroo Valley, Mrs Bread is a micro-bakery producing handmade sourdough in small batches using stone-ground organic flour, filtered water, local salt and a much-loved sourdough mother. The long fermentation process helps pre-digest starches and break down gluten proteins, creating bread that is both highly digestible and incredibly delicious 👌

🥖 Collect your freshly baked loaf from the Young Macdonald's Farm stall at the Berry Bowling Club between 2-5pm on Thursdays 🙌🥳

No need to arrive early hoping your favourite loaf is still available, and no disappointment when popular loaves sell out 😰 Just beautiful authentic sourdough waiting for you at market!

Alan picks everything straight from his backyard on the morning of the market. No trucks, no cold storage… just genuine, homegrown produce at its best! 🥗🥗

🍪🍪🍪 For Jordan, Del Bello Biscotti is more than just a market stall, it’s a family story. “Del Bello” is his Nonna’s maiden name, and Del Bello Biscotti was created to honour his Nonni and celebrate his Italian heritage. The recipes come from family tradition, with amaretti tied to a cherished family recipe and newer flavours developed together with his wife, Jessica. 🍪🍪🍪

✨When you stop by for crostoli or amaretti this Thursday, you’re not just picking up something sweet, you’re getting a little piece of family history, made with love! 🍪💛
