The high rainfall and fertile pasture in the Strzelecki Ranges, combined with spring fed streams and valley shelters all combine to allow the qual

ity cattle to perform at their best in the paddock and ultimately on the plate. Our program has been structured to cater for all pure bred and commercial stock requirements, incorporating a "paddock to plate" style beef ordering facility, where our beef is subject to evaluation at all stages of production.
