Stuck for some dinner inspo?

Our pork scotch fillet is so simple to cook.

All lyou need to follow is the tried and tested 6-2-2 method (cook in a pan or griddle on one side for six minutes, turn it over and cook for another two minutes, remove and rest for two minutes before serving. Simples!!

It's also great to roast - just season the pork with salt and pepper and add to a roasting tray, cover with baking paper and foil, and roast for 1 hour. Then turn the oven up to 240C (220C fan-forced) and uncover the tray. Baste the pork with the roasting juices and cook for another 20 to 30 minutes, until the skin crackles.
