This kimchi mayo might be better than the chips themselves🌶️

Creamy, spicy, tangy, and dangerously addictive.
Perfect for loaded chips, burgers, sandwiches… honestly, everything.

✨ Ingredients
150ml neutral oil
1 egg
80g kimchi
2 tbsp kimchi brine
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

🚫 Skip the olive oil
It can overpower the kimchi flavour and turn bitter. Neutral oil = silky smooth kimchi mayo.
