About Us
We are a small group of smoke BBQ enthusiasts that have a passion for cooking good quality meat low and slow to maximise taste and tenderness. We enjoy catering for private and charity events as well as competing in regional competitions in our spare time. We have designed and built our smokers ourselves and can provide hire of these. However, we commonly provide full catering, including the provision of meat (sourced locally where possible), depending on what you require.
