Our visitors often comment how family-friendly the Boggabri Country Markets are, and we couldn't agree more!

Middle Park is such a nice space for kids to play while their parents browse the stalls, and we always have games and bubble guns on hand to keep them entertained.

Boggabri also has a great playground and splash park just a short stroll away at Vickery Park.

So if you're looking for a fun, affordable day out with the family why not come to our next market?

Keen for some free live music? We're excited to confirm the very talented Sarah Leete will be back in Boggabri to perform at our next market on Saturday 12th September!

Sarah has been a great supporter of our markets from the start, and we're thrilled to have her playing again at our September and November events this year.

If you enjoy great acoustic music and a relaxed country vibe, our markets are the place to be!

✨ APPLICATIONS OPEN ✨

Are you a small business owner looking to showcase your products in a fun and friendly environment with lots of eager shoppers?

The Boggabri Country Markets is seeking expressions of interest for our next market on Saturday 12th September, which this year will have a ‘Spring Garden’ theme.

In addition to our regular favourites, we’re very keen to receive applications from vendors offering:

🌷 garden plants;
🌱 herb and veggie seedlings;
🧢 outdoor clothing/workwear;
🩳 kids clothing;
🪏 gardening tools;
🍯 local produce;
🍔 food; and/or
🥾 other outdoor lifestyle products.

This is a great opportunity to promote your brand and product range to an engaged audience who visit the markets specifically to shop and support local businesses.

We’d also love to hear from bricks and mortar shop owners who are thinking about diversifying into markets but don’t quite know where to start - we can help!

✨ THANK YOU ✨

The markets committee would like to thank all of the stallholders, participating businesses, community groups, locals and visitors who turned out to support our first mid-winter market yesterday - and what a great day it was!

A lot has changed in the economy since our last market in late 2024, so we were quite unsure how the day would go - but attendance numbers were good and our vendor feedback was pretty positive so we are happy with the outcome.

It was also great to hear how many people made the trip out from Gunnedah and Narrabri to take a look - your support is truly appreciated.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our sponsors, Boggabri Business Chamber and Idemitsu Boggabri Coal, for their generous support - we couldn’t run the markets without you.

A special mention also goes to Brit from The Commercial Hotel Boggabri for not only providing the kids games but also putting together a very delicious nibble platter to thank our event volunteers - it was very much appreciated!

We also want to thank our photographer Taylah Maree who joined us again this year - your beautiful images really help us tell the ‘more than markets’ story.

And perhaps the biggest thanks goes to our team of volunteers who turned up at 5.00am when it was -4 degrees to get everything setup - that is true dedication 💙
