IM BACK 🎉🎉
After an anticipated long, what feels like forever 9 months! I would love to welcome back .bysophie a page where I want to share my love again for fitness 🏋️♀️ healthy food but most importantly finding a balance between two as I believe that is super important in everybody’s life 💫
Let me show how beautiful each and everyone of you are within your bodies and to highlight how nutritious and healthy it is to sustain a regular food intake aswell as a daily exercise routine that is vitally important for both our mental and physical health 🌱🌱
Another super important thing is burnout: some may know but I was completely burnt out with studying, and personal training that I got to a point where I HATED being a PT, I was working until 10pm almost every night to fulfil the roles of my job and it simply wasn’t something I could sustain… so I changed, left and here I am! SO EAGER and ready to start again, next year I hope to find a job sharing my love for fitness down in Bendigo while studying an hours in paramedicine a whole new chapter I’m so EXCITED to share with you all ⭐️☀️✨🌞💛
