Today at AMJ Family Mart, two young individuals entered our store and caused repeated disturbances. At one point, they entered behind the counter without permission while we briefly stepped out the back.

We asked them to leave, which they did very reluctantly — only to return shortly after and continue harassing us. We don't understand how they can try to justify invading a staff-only area and then mocking us when we repeatedly asked them to leave.

Our store is under full CCTV surveillance, and footage has been saved in case further action is required.

We’re sharing this to raise awareness among fellow businesses and parents in the area. Please speak with your children about appropriate behaviour in public spaces.

We’re a small family-run store doing our best to serve the community, and we kindly ask for respect and support.

Thank you to the parents of these young boys who came early today and apologised to our mum. We appreciate your honesty and welcome you and your family back at any time. We don’t believe in holding grudges as no one is perfect. No one can say they’ve never made mistakes when they were young.

🌟 Thank You for Your Feedback! 🌟

We recently had a thoughtful community member visit our shop and share their feedback about how we could improve the shopping experience, particularly with displaying prices. While managing a family-run business with only one full-time person (our incredible mum!), we’ve been juggling a lot to keep everything running smoothly.

We know there’s always room for improvement, and we’re already taking steps to address this. One exciting update—we’re in the process of installing a price scanner (similar to Kmart) to make things easier for everyone!

Running a small shop means we may not always meet the same standards as larger stores, but we’re grateful for feedback that helps us grow. We’re committed to doing our best for our customers and the community we love so much.
