We offer local pork from the Parker family at Fairy Hill, Lilydale Free range chicken & Lamb from Victoria. Matt and Alicia Bray and the team at Bray Park Butchery offer premium quality homegrown beef and local pork, all hormone free from growers that have been in the business for over 30 years. We also boast a great range of quality lamb, poultry, fish, and small goods as well as a range of gluten-free products. Hindquarters and sides of beef available, as well as private cut ups. Family owned, operated and supplied by local people, Bray Park Butchery is your local butcher.

Mid week recipe 📣
One pot sausage bolognese

You'll need:
500g Italian casalinga sausages (available instore)
1/2 cup red wine
1 Jar bolognese sauce
2 cups water
Pasta of your choice to serve.
Garnish of parmesan

Squeeze sausages from casings in to a medium heat pan and cook until brown
Add red wine, pasta sauce & water, bring to the boil.
Add pasta and simmer uncovered for 25 minutes until pasta is cooked.
Ready to serve 🤤
