Slow cooker Parmagiana Lamb shanks - a warm and hearty winter meal

In the slow cooker, sauté some onions, add the Avondale pamagiana Lamb shanks, tin of diced tomatoes, sprinkle of Italian herb mix, crumble a couple of beef stock cubes and let the cooker do the rest. Served with creamy mash & Brussel sprouts. 😋
