New Orleans-style Red Beans & Rice 🫘 ⚜️

Nothing fancy. No cinematic shots. No expensive gear. Just the kind of food I actually cook at home for my family.

Traditionally eaten on Mondays in New Orleans, red beans and rice was the perfect set and forget meal while the washing got done. Cheap, filling and packed with flavour.
