Thank you to everyone who came out in support of our sausage sizzle fundraiser on Wednesday night!

We had a successful event and managed to raise $2075 to be donated to Mates Without Borders to support the people affected by the Venezuelan earthquakes.

We would like to share a special thanks to Pennisi Cuisine for graciously allowing us to use their carpark and donating all the Latin American products for us to sell to increase the funds raised.

We would also like to thank our two wonderful customers and new friends, Samuel and Adriana, for jumping in to help us out. You guys were incredibly fast at helping us pump out the sausages!

Thank you again to everyone who has supported the Venezuelan people in each and every way. We are grateful to have the opportunity to help those in need and we know Mates Without Borders will organise much needed aid with the funds we have all provided.

👉Fundraiser week is here!
This Wednesday we will be hosting our sausage sizzle fundraiser in the carpark of Pennisi Cuisine in Woolloongabba from 5.30pm. All proceeds will be donated to Mates Without Borders to help the people of Venezuela.

We will also be operating at our usual weekend locations:

🇻🇪Wednesday 5.30pm onwards at Pennisi Cuisine, 17 Balaclava St, Woolloongabba.
We will be setup in our marquee in their carpark.

Last week, devastating earthquakes left many families in Venezuela without homes, food, and basic necessities. As Venezuelans living in Australia, we can’t stand by without helping.

That’s why we’re coming together for a community sausage sizzle fundraiser, where 100% of sales will be donated to Mates Without Borders (ACNC Registered) to support those affected.

Whether you’re Venezuelan or simply want to help a community in need, every sausage, every drink, and every dollar makes a difference.

🇻🇪 It has been a heavy week for the Venezuelan community and our hearts go out to all who have been impacted by the horrific earthquake.

We are working on a fundraising event to raise money for those in need back home. While we would love to dedicate more time to establishing the fundraiser, unfortunately, we also need to keep working, like everyone else, no matter how trivial it may seem. So, while the details are being ironed out, we will continue to operate at our regular weekend locations.

As soon as we have the details for our fundraiser, we will share it on our social media platforms, so please keep an eye out if you wish to be involved.
