If you’ve spent any time around the Celtics Rugby Union Club, chances are you’ve
crossed paths with Hauiti (H).
As a Life Member, player, coach, mentor, and mate, H, has always been the first person to put their hand up when the club needed help. Whether it was game day, training, fundraising, or simply helping someone out, they’ve given their time, energy, and commitment to the Celtics family for years without ever asking for anything in return.
Unfortunately, H recently suffered a serious injury that has left them unable to work for an extended period. While they focus on recovery, the financial pressure of being off work continues to grow.
Rugby clubs are built on more than just what happens on the field—they’re built on mateship, loyalty, and looking after your own. Right now, one of our own needs a hand.
We’re asking our rugby community, friends, family, past players, and supporters to chip in whatever they can to help take some of the pressure off H and his family during this tough time. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a genuine difference.
H has spent years backing this club and the people in it. Now it’s our turn to back them.
