• 🍻 There’s been lots happening behind the scenes at the Broomehill Imperial! The Board’s been working with H&H Architects from Albany to plan the best way forward for our much-loved building. We’re really excited to share a sneak peek of the concept plans as we take the next steps to bring the pub back to life for our community. These plans are still a work in progress, but it’s great to see the vision starting to take shape! •

🌾🌾 The pub crop started yesterday and will continue today. Titan barely is going in this year with the help of Gnowangerup. The demo seeding rig is a 9R 440 4WD with Bourgault 4420-40 DKD Bar and L8550 Cart on demo. Thanks to everyone who has donated supplies and time towards the community crop and especially Todd Green for organising the program.

On Wednesday the 19th Feb, the Cooperative Board had the pleasure of attending an onsite workshop with H+H architects, Julie and Emily, to nut out the Imperial site plan.

It was a very productive and informative session which will look at how we can best use the site to create a modern and welcoming hotel ticking off all the compliance issues we have been facing.

We are exploring many options at the moment and we are seeing great progress and potential. We want to make sure this project succeeds from a business perspective as well as for our coop members and the Broomehill Community.

We will update you with more info once the concept from the workshop is finalised 🍺🪴

The Broomehill Primary School camp kids have a stall where they will be selling Broomehill merchandise, cookies, lollies, drinks and much more. Be sure to come along on Sunday to support them 🌻
