Georgian W**e Tasting! 19/9/26 4-7pm Goodstock W**e Georgian w**e is the birthplace of w**e and is renowned for it unique grape varieties. The traditional method of fermenting and aging w**e is in Qvevri.(large clay vessels buried underground) This technique allows natural micro-oxygenation, producing w**es with complex aromas, and structured tannins.

Aged Spirits Tasting. 26th September 4pm-7pm. Winding Road Distilling Co. & Highwayman Wh**ky | Handmade in Byron Bay Two absolute masters of their craft joining forces at Bottle & Hoop to showcase and talk all about aged spirits. The magic interplay of wood, spirit and time to make outstanding wh**ky & rum is something incredibly special. There will be cheese, charcuterie, wh**ky, rum and great company . See you there!

Bubbling in the underground with pale straw lime hues, citrus peel and honeydew on the nose, this Prosecco ain’t nothin’ to sniff at. Topped off with crisp green apple and pear, High Hopes Prosecco hits the palate with a playful touch that’s full buzz without the hangover.

Thursday Tasting 2/4/26 4pm onwards. Aller Trop Loin & Six Parallels South are the brain child of Mark Sztar (W**e maker/Meme lord) who, in 2012 left the world of finance to start producing serious Kosher w**e. He’s now producing some serious low-fi w**es across Yarra Valley, Heathcote and Bendigo. An accident in the w**ery lead to one of the Six Parallels South w**es losing it’s Kosha status and thus the Aller Trop Loin (“Pig W**es”) range was born. Operating under the moniker “Unoaked, unfined, unfiltered and unholy” the Aller Trop Loin show the more contemporary face of the Australia w**e industry. Mark will be here from 4pm with an array of delicious w**e so come by to try them all! Remember get your booze on Thursday! No Alcohol sales on Good Friday!

Friday Tasting 13/3/26 Common People Brewing Co Growing up and living in this area has given Common People Brewery an incredible appreciation of what the region has to offer, both naturally and culturally. CBP’s b**rs and brewery showcases what’s on offer from the region with b**rs designed by the people for the people, reflecting everything that makes the area great - the beaches, the rivers, the hinterland, even the soil fertility! Common People has a core range of crafty and sessional b**rs that are always on offer, including an IPA, a Pale Ale, a White Ale, a Hazy IPA, a L***r and a Stout.
Cans and growler fills will be available along a free tasting at this Friday afternoon 4-6pm!
