This single producer lot comes from Mr. Tadese Teko in the Shale village near Worka town in Yirgacheffe. Not traceable to a single Ethiopian Variety, it’s a mixed bag of Ethiopian Heirloom.

Introducing San Fermin, producers from Planadas in Tolima, Colombia. The farm is run by multiple families who all contribute to the production of high quality coffee, securing themselves a better quality of life. The families have expanded the production on their farms from Castillo, Typica, Caturra and Colombia to include Gesha, Bourbon and Tabi.

This coffee has a pronounced acidity, sweet, bright fruits, milk chocolate and a hint of cashew. Medium bodied and a balanced finish. Hits the spot.
