BUCHAN IS OPEN FOR EASTER..If you were thinking of visiting Buchan over the Easter weekend, and were worried about getting home, don’t be as there is fuel in town.
Our local visitor economy depends heavily on our Easter trade to carry all of our small businesses through the quieter winter months.
We all rely on you guys turning up!!!

Local Ontos organic cabbage in store now..$3 per kg. They make an amazing coleslaw and are super yummy. Weight ranges from 1kg to 3kg.

As we start to close out what was 2025 we would like to take this opportunity to say a big 'Thank You' to all of our family, friends and customers and the entire Buchan community. It's been a year of 'Up's & Down's , but with your support we've kept going, and we are so grateful. We are also extremely thankful for our staff Ellisa Nixon and Lou Gibbs Woodgate , we couldn't have done it without you.
We are excited for what's ahead in 2026 and we look forward to sharing our next chapter with you all real soon.

Yesterday, Dec 1st we celebrated 4 years as owners of the Buchan General Store..What a ride it has been..so many ups and quite a few downs but wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you to everyone for your support over the years and a special shout out to our wonderful workers Ellisa Nixon and Lou Gibbs Woodgate . We couldn't do it without you..and to our families..thanks for all your love and guidance. Its feel pretty special to be part of such a great community..❤️🖤❤️🖤
