5 years ago when I first started baking gluten free, macro and vegan friendly treats, I took the best quality whole foods from every corner of the world and relentlessly experimented with one simple goal.

My quest was to take those ‘naughty’ foods the fat kid inside us craves, the un-macro friendly foods, often containing gluten or dairy and completely transform how we view and consume food for the better. MY MISSION

My mission is to give back to anyone who feels they have ever had to restrict themselves from food; the most glorious natural resource we have on this planet. I will not stop until I get this product out there to as many people as humanly possible, continuously striving to improve people’s nutritional intake and reduce their cravings that spike from these restrictions.

Almond vanilla protein bites 🤤

The snack you didn’t know you needed. high protein, no bake, and genuinely so good.

Ingredients (makes 10)
100g almond flour
1 scoop Hawaiian Salted Vanilla Peanut Protein
60ml maple syrup
80g almond butter
2 tbsp milk
pinch of flaky salt

Method
Mix everything together, roll into balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil, coat each ball and pop back in the fridge until set (30-40 mins). 🍫

Banana bread’s cooler, creamier cousin 🍌🤍
Banana cheesecake, dreamy, creamy, no bake, all bliss.

Base
1 cup medjool dates
1 cup hazelnut meal
½ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup cacao powder
1 tbsp date water

Banana cream
1 cup soaked cashews
1 medium banana
⅓ cup thick coconut cream
1 scoop Banana Paddle Pop Almond Protein
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
½ tsp turmeric for colour

Method
Soak the dates & cashews in boiling water for 15 mins. Blitz the base ingredients until thick & crumbly, press into a lined tin. Blend the cream layer until silky, pour over the base & freeze. Slice, coat with melted chocolate & coconut flakes 🤍

Strawberries & cream chia mousse 🍓

The creamiest, dreamiest high protein mousse you’ll make all week.

Ingredients (makes 4)
150g strawberries (chopped)
2 tbsp sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
150ml milk
300g vanilla yoghurt
40g Strawberry Thick Shake Almond Protein
80g chia seeds
Extra yoghurt for topping

Method
Add the chopped strawberries and sweetener, mix and let sit for 5 minutes to release the juices. Add the vanilla, milk, yogurt and protein powder, mix well and blend until smooth (a blender or immersion blender both work). Stir through the chia seeds and let it set for 3-5 hours minimum. Top with extra yogurt and dig in.

220 cal | 19g protein | 11g carbs | 8g fat

Banana Bread Overnight Weetbix

The easiest high-protein brekky ever. Creamy, cinnamon-y and perfect for meal prep 🤍

Ingredients:
3 Weet-Bix
1 banana
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 cup milk of choice
2/3 cup yoghurt
2 tbsp Banana Paddle Pop Inspired Flavour Almond Protein
Peanut butter + extra cinnamon to top

Method:
Mix crushed Weet-Bix, half the banana, spices and milk together in a container.
Add sliced banana on top.
Mix yoghurt + protein powder together and spread over the top.
Leave in the fridge overnight.
Top with peanut butter and cinnamon before serving 🤍
