**Hello Burpengary and Surrounds!**

We’re a small business eager to make a big impression in our community, and we need your help to spread the word! You can find us at All About Jerky Burpengary **7/161 Station Road**, with the entrance via NShore Drive. We’re in the same centre as Domino’s Burpengary, World Gym, and Mel’s Cupcakes.

Our shop has already earned an excellent reputation at our other location in Ningi, but we’re still relatively new here in Burpengary and not everyone knows about us yet.

We offer a delicious variety of products:
- **Jerky** – 12 different flavours
- **Biltong** – 6 flavours
- **Drywors** – 4 flavours
- **Boerewors**

I get this question almost on a daily basis. "How do you cook Boerewors"
(Traditional South-African sausage)

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. For a charcoal grill, make sure the coals are hot and covered with white ash. For a gas grill, preheat the burners for about 10-15 minutes.
Place the boerewors on the grill. You can leave it the coiled shape.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until it is browned on all sides and cooked through.

Let the boerewors rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
Here are some tips you can try:
Don't pierce the sausage with a fork while cooking, as this releases moisture.
Don't overcook it, as this can make the sausage dry.
South Africans tend to barbecue their boerewors a little on the rare side.
You can serve boerewors with a spicy tomato and onion sauce.

We get this question on a daily basis. "What is the difference between Biltong and Jerky?"
If you don't know let me tell you😁

What Is Biltong? As you probably know, jerky is sliced meat that's marinated in various spices and then cooked with heat. (Dehidrated) It's dry and chewy in the best ways possible. Biltong, on the other hand, is shredded meat that's cured in vinegar and air dried, making it softer and saltier.

Thankfully we have both and you can taste test before you buy. Visit us at either one of our to shops.
