You gotta watch this. It is hilarious.
We are down at the Italian Festival tomorrow in Cairns Far North Queensland. Its late. As my 4th job I attempted to use AI to help me edit this video and this was the outcome. I will continue learning and sharpening my skills. We are serving Porchetta over charcoal rotisserie with sides of a traditional warm potato salad, garlic bread and balsamic dip.It is open from 10am 10pm. We cant wait to see you there! it is such a family friendly, fun event.

🌻 As a small family business, we believe success is about more than what happens inside our own doors—it is also about supporting work that makes our wider community stronger, safer and better informed.
🌻 We are incredibly proud to sponsor the 2026 Queensland Street Smarthandbook, produced with the support of Neighbourhood Watch Australasia. This valuable resource provides practical, easy-to-understand guidance for young people as they leave school and begin navigating adulthood.

🌻 The handbook covers important topics including mental and physical health, relationships, online safety, cyberbullying, legal rights, financial basics, work, travel and where to seek help when it is needed. It empowers young people to make informed decisions, stay connected and feel supported as they take their next steps.

🌻Working in the child and youth space myself, I understand just how important accessible resources like this can be. I am incredibly proud of my hubby for recognising the value of this work and using our family business to help support its continued success.

💥🔥 While most of us were enjoying the public holiday on Friday, our incredible team was hard at work behind the scenes! 💪🥩

👏 They prepared a huge number of wholesale orders and meat trays, & kept our event running smoothly, as they made countless stock runs to keep us supplied while we were serving at the Cairns Show.

❤️ We may be a small team, but we are incredibly proud of them. Not only are they hardworking and reliable, they are genuinely wonderful humans who always step up when it matters.

A massive thank you to our amazing crew — we appreciate you more than you know! ❤️

💥Well that's a wrap! 💥
👏 Cairns Show Done and Dusted and what a time we had.
✨️ We received a huge amount of positive feedback, repeat customers all day and each of the 3 days. This is what keeps us going through these huge events.
👀 Clocking in a whopping 22 hour day on Friday after 17 hour days Wednesday and Thursday we wouldn't keep turning up if you didnt keep showing up!

💖 Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
